As one of the three essential parts in liquid biopsy and an extremely potential biomarker, exosomes are abundant in body fluid carrying bioinformatics molecules from varies of secreting cells, and the bilayer lipid membranes can better protect the cargos. Exosomes secreted from cancer cell contains nucleic acids including miRNA, mRNA, lncRNA, DNA etc. which can reflect the pathophysiological condition of tumor patients together with the nature of primary tumors and is expected to be a new clinical tool to assist in early screening, differential diagnosis, disease detection, efficacy prediction and prognosis judgment of malignant tumors.
